# CQFTx v0.4.139-rc

CQFTx can import existing QSOs from QRZ, ClubLog, and a fresh LoTW web-service
download into the local log. Imported contacts retain their source integration
receipt and are matched against local contacts to avoid duplicate QSOs. Importing
a contact does not queue it for upload to another service.

Historical imports accept ADIF modes and submodes beyond the modes CQFTx uses
for live operation, including CW. Contacts that specify a band without an exact
frequency retain that band without inventing a frequency. These details survive
local storage, backup and restore, editing, and ADIF export. Manual entry keeps
the supported live operating modes.

The automatic hunter specification and award-tracking design are documentation
only in this candidate; automatic hunting is not enabled.
